This product adopts the America’s technology and the latest formula, specially designed for the solution against a series of problems that the sulfur, phosphorus and carbon monoxide with incomplete combustion in fuel attach the surface of catalytic converter to form as chemical complex which causes the jamming failure of catalytic converter, exhaust excess of standard and power decline etc. After cleaning, the purification function of catalytic converter can be reactivated; the emissions of CO, HC, NO in automobile exhaust can be considerably reduced and original power of automobile can be recovered. This product is desirable for the catalytic converter cleaning and maintenance after per ten thousand-kilometer’s traveling for vehicles. Maintaining the catalytic converter is equally important as changing the engine oil and regularly maintaining the three filters.
Instruction for Use:
Find the nearest vacuum tube behind the engine throttle plate; insert the hung cleaning bottle of catalytic converter in the vacuum tube; shut the valve of bottle; start the engine to the normal temperature; increase the engine speed to 1500-1800 turnings; slowly open the valve of bottle to make the cleaner fluid slowly run into the vacuum tube; adjust the valve of bottle until the engine can maintain the normal idling speed; keep the cleaning process until the fluid is completely absorbed into the engine; reinstall the engine components after cleaning and the cleaning process is finished.
Cautions:
1. The product is inflammable goods, keep away from heat and open fire.
2．Before cleaning, inspect whether the catalytic converter has any damage or thermal sintering, or has experienced 200 thousand kilometers as well as lead poisoning. If there is one of circumstances above, the cleaning should be invalid. The exhaust pipe should be watched during the cleaning process. It means the catalytic converter has been jammed with high-temp thermal sintering while the exhaust pipe is glowed. In this case, the cleaning process shall be immediately suspended.
